Telios is derived from the Greek word "teleios" Its meanings include perfection, maturity and integrity, and the concept of wholeness or completeness.

Telios Namibia Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd was first founded in 2008 under the name KASIB Namibia Engineering Management Office Pty Ltd and in May 2012 became Telios Namibia Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd, with a passion to provide the highest level of services to ensure Clients' satisfactions.

It is a 100% Namibian owned Firm. Telios's core business offering is multi-disciplinary consulting engineering services along with project management from initiation, planning, design, construction and close out, and regional town planning services. Professional Services, Consulting Engineering Services, Project Management, Regional Town Planning are provided by registered Consulting Engineers, Project Managers and Planners respectively.

Headed by its Principal Engineer; Mr. Matty Hauuanga, a Pr. Eng. , a Professional Engineer with 35 years’ experience in engineering.
With its Head of Urban Planning Mr. Barrie Watson, TRP. ,a Registered Town and Regional Planner, with over 54 years' experience in town and regional planning specializing in Local Authority management and development.

 

Engineering Services

We prepare, plan, design, supervise and administer public utilities, parks, roads, bridges , buildings, water supply & wastewater infrastructures, structures, and paving plans, including complex public utility planning and traffic assessments, which are vital components of defining investments

Town and Regional Planning

We prepare, plan, design and obtain statutory approval for strategic urban structure plans, township establishments, street layouts, rural and urban land subdivisions, and zoning schemes, which are the basic components for initiating development and the creation of balanced land usage.

Project Management

We organize entire implementation of projects, from conceptual designs and feasibility studies to site management. We control and co-ordinate the designing, planning activities and works of contractors, and enforce the contracted quality standards. Besides the complex engineering services, we also provide different kinds of consulting services to our clients.

Finance & Administration

We do financial planning, reporting and controls, short and long term business strategy, investments, cash management, internal risk management, corporate finance, and accounting.

Payroll and personnel administration (Attendance, Leaves, Employee benefits) purchasing, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operations.
